131 was amazing, but here's the track-by-track review of 131 Reimagined.

01. One Car Garage

This version of One Car Garage sounds like something that could be in an artistic, low-budget film if that makes any sense. There are jazz elements along with some more experimental synth sounds throughout that somehow blend together quite nicely. Not to mention the slight vocal effects that are layered on top of Bradley’s voice that seem to pull everything together.

02. Helpless

A piano ballad version of Helpless was one of those things that you never knew you needed until it happened. The emotions in Bradley’s voice seem more escalated in this version versus the original, adding more vulnerability to the song that just adds more to the song. I honestly don’t think they could’ve done a better job with this one.

03. Miracle

Miracle is one of my personal favorites off of 131 and I’ve been looking forward towards this since they announced the track list, and they did not disappoint. The almost space like sound effects that open up the song transport you to an alternate universe – one where a underground, R&B Emarosa exist. This is the type of music that you just need to listen to with headphones so you can hear all the many hidden sounds that are littered throughout while just enjoying this piece of art Emarosa had presented us. This is a must hear.

04. Blue

Lyrically, this song was a favorite, so hearing the focus being put on Bradley’s voice while still having the newer elements just adds to the overall vibe of the record. I love the constant drumming that makes you want to move along, and the subtle guitars littered throughout that makes this song complete. I’ll definitely be coming back to this one in the future.
