We'll Be Okay by With Confidence
Just to get everyone caught up, With Confidence is an Australian pop punk band who recently signed to Hopeless Records and are currently on tour with As It Is. They made their way onto our radar when the band released their EP Distance back in 2015, but only recently gained attention due to their newfound success and shoutouts from some friends.
In case you didn't know, the band apparently played some shows with 5 Seconds of Summer back in 2012.
And the boys have been supporting them ever since. Now back to this song.
We'll Be Okay starts off with killer vocals courtesy of lead singer (and bassist) Jayden Seeley before you start to hear the guitars in the background courtesy of lead guitarist Luke Rockets before being hit with some rad beats from drummer Josh Brozzesi and back vocals and rhythm guitar from Inigo Del Carmen.
The pop punk vibes are undeniable, and the lyrics shouldn't be overlooked. The songs called We'll Be Okay for a reason. With the chorus, "I know we'll be okay, despite the rolling waves, amongst the numbered days. Cause even if we change, I know we'd never stray, cause look how far we came. I know we'll be okay." It's kind of hard not to feel okay.
