Sun Room opens for Inhaler in Detroit

Sun Room opened up for a sold out crowd at St. Andrews Hall in Detroit, Michigan Thursday, March 23rd. The 4-piece came out rocking and used every last minute of their opening time slot with a jam-packed set list. This marks the third time Inhaler has brought Sun Room on tour with them in a little less than a year and a half, and for good reason.

The band opened up with the songs “Summer’s Here,” “Sunset Blvd,” and “Darling,” all true to their 60s surfer rock sound. Formed amidst the pandemic, the band consists of Luke Asgian, Ashton Minnich, Max Pinamonti, and Gibby Anderson, all of whom were introduced to the crowd during their set. In between thick southern California accents and laughter, Sun Room really made it a point to connect with the crowd and made sure that fans were able to take home a little slice of So-Cal.

The band recently released a 4-song EP titled Outta Their Minds, which I highly suggest you take a listen to. The 4 tracks are undeniably catchy and are the perfect songs to add to a summer playlist.

SET LIST:

1. Summer’s Here
2. Sunset Blvd

6. Just Yesterday
7. Get Off Of My Cloud
