Dashboard Confessional's Fall US tour comes to Spokane, WA

Florida rock band Dashboard Confessional’s US tour came to the Podium in Spokane this week, bringing along openers Boys Like Girls and Taylor Acorn.

Taylor Acorn opened the show, performing many songs from her recently released debut album Survival In Motion. Boys Like Girls played an energetic set of favorites from their first two records as well as several tracks from their reunion release SUNDAYS AT FOXWOODS, and even invited Taylor Acorn on stage to perform “Two Is Better Than One” as a duet.

Dashboard Confessional’s career spanning setlist was packed with classic songs, playing both full band and acoustic renditions of tracks from the past 25 years. Near the end of the set, frontman Chris Carrabba invited Boys Like Girls on stage to play their recent collaboration “Watch the Fire” together, before ending the evening with the classic track “Hands Down.”

Dashboard Confessional’s US tour continues over the next two weeks, including a stop at When We Were Young Festival in Las Vegas with a Dusk and Summer album playthrough before the final show on October 27 in Irving, TX. Tour dates and tickets can be found at dashboardconfessional.com.
