I Can Feel It by Hey Violet

To most people, Hey Violet are newcomers to the scene, but that's far from the truth.

Remember Cherri Bomb? No? Let me jog your memory.

Cherri Bomb was an all girl rock group that started while all the girls were in middle school in 2008. Move forward a few years, the band signs to Hollywood Records and releases their EP, Stark. After that, the band were opening acts for bands like Bush, Foo Fighters, and The Smashing Pumpkins and also did a couple of festivals in the UK including Reading and Leeds Festival. 2012, the bands released their debut studio album entitled This Is The End of Control which reached number 24 on the Billboard's Top Hard Rock Albums and reached number 11 on Top Heatseekers and headed out on Vans Warped Tour.

For me, Warped Tour is where I discovered them, but then they virtually fell of the face of the Earth, but in reality, they parted ways with lead singer Julia Pierce and added guitarist Casey Moreta.

They popped back on the radar when the band signed to 5 Seconds of Summer's record label, Hi or Hey Records earlier in the year under the name Hey Violet and toured with the 5SOS boys on the band's Rock Out With Your Socks Out tour.

Now that we are all caught up, the band has finally released their first EP as Hey Violet called I Can Feel It.

The whole EP is filled with songs that do an amazing job showing who Hey Violet is and what they're aiming for as a band. With songs like You Don't Love Me Like You Should showing off the band's talent in lyricism and songs like Sparks Fly showing off the band's soft side, this EP really gives you a glimpse into what's to come.
