Right off the heels of their highly anticipated joint album, ‘We Don’t Trust You’, the chart topping artists Future and Metro Boomin found them selves in Philadelphia on Wednesday night. Top Celebrity publicist and Brand Strategist, Abesi Manyando  gave us access to the star studded show to experience first-hand the sold out spectacle.

Smoke filled the stage and suspense rose, as fans rushed into the arena with their ‘We Trust You’ merchandise. Lights filled the Wells Fargo Arena as Metro Boomin appears from the fog and greets the crowd in an iconic Philadelphia 76ers Allen Iverson jersey. With no time wasted, the St. Louis producer immediately set the high energy tone for the night with chart-topping tracks from Future’s extensive catalogue during his solo set.

With a short break, the stage transformed in a matter of minutes and flames appeared outlining a stairway entrance. Future appeared in spotlight decked out in a Ducati racing bike suit with black shades as cellphone lights sparkled across the venue and roars were heard over the track ‘Stick Talk’. The Atlanta native makes his way to front stage as pyro erupts as heat fills the space. Future continues running through his classic tracks until there is sudden switch as darkness falls and the infamous clip of Prodigy from Mobb Deep plays.

The grammy nominated duo appeared in unison in all white fits as lights illuminated them, with Young Metro sporting the classic Randall Cunningham #12 Philadelphia Eagles jersey to the top single ‘Superhero (Heroes and Villains)’. The dynamic pair commanded the energy of the crowd as they gave fans top tracks from their joint ‘We Don’t Trust You’ album and a fan found themselves in shock when Metro signed a ‘We Don’t Trust You’ album during ‘Fried (She A vibe)’ performance.

The show came to a close as the duo walked towards the back of the stage as ‘Young Metro’ played through and Pluto shouted one last time ‘Philly we trust you!’ With fans screaming in enjoyment. Catch Metro and Future on the tour in a city they trust until September 9th as this a show you don’t want to miss!
