The Faim deliver an unforgettable performance in Seattle, WA

Australian indie rock band, The Faim rocked Seattle’s El Corazon in support of Andy Black’s (Black Veil Brides) Road to Ohio Tour. This being the bands first time in the city they were more than happy to show a city with a legacy for some of rock’s biggest acts that they deserved our attention.

Eager fans packed the iconic Seattle dive bar before the show even started, most of them donning merch that represented Andy Black in one form or another. Soon after the first act of the night, Kulick wrapped up their set it was time for The Faim to take the stage. The four piece band started off their set with an exciting electronic intro that got the crowd energetic. Vocalist Josh Raven made sure to make the show a night to remember by moving around all over the venue and connecting with fans by stepping onto the barricade between him and the crowd which he did for most of the night, from there after some slight technical difficulties (during which Raven commenced some light banter with the crowd), after the issues were resolved the set continued. Raven showed off some amazing showmanship throughout the night going as far as spending 3 songs in the crowd moving all along the venue and interacting with soon to be fans. Bandmates Sam Tye (Guitar), Stephen Beerkens (Keyboard and Bass) and Linden Marissen (Drums) absorbed the energy that the crowd was giving the band as their set went on. As their time came to a close they played their hit Summer Is a Curse and had the crowd jumping all around them.

This band is one to look out for who are on the rise, with the rest of the tour with Andy Black and a set at the legendary Reading and Leeds festival later this summer, the only direction for this band to go is up.
